   Use a soft measuring tape around the thickest part of the thigh
   on the leg that will wear the sleeve.
   
2. Check our size chart
   
   Match that thigh measurement with our size guide ( S, M, etc.).
   
   if your child is between two sizes:
   
   smaller size = firmer support
   
   Larger size = lighter, less tight feeling
   
3. Pay attention to how it feels
   
   The sleeve should feel snug and secure, like a second skin,
